Selection Process : form to be filled. Shortlisting through CV Interview : technical and behavioural, asked about the research work I have done, my interests and why I want to work there

Apply to multiple programs, as well as cold/warm mailing to multiple profs. Good chances you will get atleast one offer (if not more). Be ready to jump in on calls, even if not interested in that specific offer, ask for advice/recommendations.

How would you describe your overall experience as an intern?

Very enriching, the opportunities for growth are unbounded. Definitely recommend atleast one Univ interns if research excited you at all

Could you provide insights into the organizational culture of the company/university and what your peers were like?

EPFL has a very wide, vibrant culture. Since it is a world class Univ, you can find peers from all across the globe. This makes for a very accepting atmosphere, ppl are always ready to help whenever they can.

Were there any networking opportunities or professional connections that you established during the internship?

There were multiple such opportunities provided throughout the internship, be it with other interns, labmates, professors and the students there.
