How I Got This Internship

I applied through the company’s website in September and heard back in Novemeber. Had a phone call interview and got the offer in December.

Tests and Interviews

Had a phone call interview only. They asked very basic fundamental physics/circuits and projects/POR’s from my resume.

Handling Rejections

I had gotten a PT cell intern for backup incase I get rejected from everywhere.

Organizational Culture

Everyone was extremely smart, nice, and enthusiastic. More than half my teammates were recent college grads. The org structure is really flat and leadership is very approachable. They also treated interns like full timers and gave relevant high impact projects and responsibilities.

Networking

Yeah there were networking events within the company

Overall Experience

It was a really amazing opportunity! I grew as an engineer and a person through this internship!
